Ascentis Events Terms & Conditions

By submitting your booking, you are agreeing to:

The booking process-

• Online booking is available at www.ascentis.co.uk and other methods of booking are by fax, post and email.
• Please complete all relevant sections of the form, noting any restrictions on the number of delegates allowed for any specific event.
• We will confirm your place on the event in writing and please note that you do not have a place until you have received confirmation. Ascentis are not responsible if your confirmation does not arrive. If you have not received any correspondence 10 working days before the event, please contact us.
• We try and meet all special access and dietary needs stated on the booking form, but we cannot guarantee to meet all requests.
• We will make such adjustments as are reasonable under the Disability Discrimination Act.
• Bookings for charged events will be invoiced to your centre, see individual event advertising for further details.

Cancellation and Transfers

• Cancellations will only be accepted as per the notes on the invite.
• Free Ascentis events will incur a penalty fee of £35.00 upon cancellation of your place without prior appropriate notification - see individual event advertising for further details.
• If you fail to attend for any reason you must pay the advertised fee, however a colleague may attend in your place if adequate notice is given.
• If you book a course place in error and fail to provide adequate cancellation notice we will not refund the event fee.
• We reserve the right to amend or cancel an event at any time without liability for any travel or other costs incurred by the delegate. If you pre-book travel tickets, we strongly recommend you take out travel insurance.
