Rhombus is the Ascentis remote e-portal where you can register your learners, which is for use by centres that have been recognised by Ascentis to deliver our qualifications. 

The system allows you access to:
  • Register learners directly to the Ascentis Database
  • View current classes
  • View previous classes
  • View learner history
  • Add a learner to a class
  • Withdraw learners from a course/class
Ascentis do have to authorise relevant personnel within your centre to use Rhombus so if you haven’t got access yet please complete the Centre Personnel Authorisation Form and return to rhombus@ascentis.co.uk
