Replacement Certificates

Centres/learners may claim replacement certificates free of charge if the request is received by Ascentis within 14 weeks of the publication of results.

For requests received after this period of time has elapsed, Ascentis will strive to replace certificates wherever possible. In such cases there will be a charge of £20.00 for ALL replacement certificates regardless of the reason for the request. This facility is offered as a customer service and in a very small number of cases it might not prove possible to replace a certificate.

Ascentis cannot replace certificates issued before 1996.
