Information Technology
Flexibility is the key to our IT User Skills (ITQ) qualifications. They are :
- Available at Entry 3, Level 1, 2 and 3
- Award, Certificate or Diploma Size
- Made up of a large number of up-to-date units
The qualifications may be delivered as a stand alone course or as part of a longer programme of study.
Who are the qualifications for?
Entry 3 and Level 1 can form part of a Foundation Learning Curriculum whilst the Level 2 and 3 Diplomas are the key components of an IT User Skills Apprenticeship.
The flexibility of the qualifications allow them to be made relevant to the learners interests and needs.
The qualification can be delivered and assessed in a college or work environment.
Assessment
The units are very practical with a focus on skill development. Assessment is through the building of a portfolio of evidence so can be made directly relevant to the learner.
Tracking sheets are available in the Guidance and Support section.
