Salary: £15,670.88 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours:  Full Time – 36.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with the option to work flexitime.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an individual to join Ascentis Commercial Team in the role of Administrator.

Working alongside our Marketing and Sales team, you will provide a high level of support to them and undertake various types of administration and marketing activities to assist the generation of income and raising the profile of the Ascentis brand and all its products.

Your duties will include, but not restricted to:

  • Undertaking a range of administration, sales and marketing tasks such as contacting new customers to build relationships and updating our CRM system.
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries and coordinate client meetings as requested ensuring the sales enquiry process is conducted in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the preparation of promotional events and material.
  • Attending events to provide support on the day if required.
  • Supporting the marketing function with email marketing campaigns and other on-line functions.

You should have administrative experience with an acute attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional manner.  Having a passion for building strong relationships with colleagues and customers to enable the provision of a first class customer service is essential. You should have a good understanding of the operation and application of Microsoft Office software in particular Word and Excel as well as experience of using databases, CRM and Mailchimp.  Previous experience of working in a marketing and sales administration role would be an advantage but not essential.
