Salary - £15,670.88 per annum

Working pattern – Full Time 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Job Description 

Ascentis is a successful company, which prides itself on its customer service and is now seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our HR team to provide a high standard of administrative support within the team and across the organisation.

Your general duties will include, but not restricted to undertaking a wide range of Human Resources administration including maintaining employee records both in hard copy and on the HR database, supporting recruitment activity, undertaking pre-appointment checks, staff training and development and health and safety all the while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.

You will also be responsible for undertaking receptionist duties and will be the first point of contact for all visitors at Ascentis. You will maintain the internal meeting and room booking schedule, arrange catering for any meetings, deal with incoming phone calls, post and deliveries.

You should have clerical experience with an acute attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional manner. You should have a good understanding of the operation and application of Microsoft Office software in particular Word and Excel. Previous experience of working in a HR position would be an advantage.
