Businesses and our approaches to work are constantly evolving. In recent times, we have witnessed significant changes in traditional career paths; the shifting labour market, the importance of workplace setting and emergence of contemporary job sectors amongst a few of the driving factors. As such, the need to upskill current workforces, those changing careers, and learners entering employment, is paramount to keep pace with sector change.
Who are these qualifications for?
We have developed two new qualifications which are aimed at upskilling and promote investigation into new and emerging business needs. They also provide secure foundations in knowledge of business structure, communication fundamentals and collaborative working. They are aimed at learners looking to strengthen existing skills, considering a change in career, undertaking new business ventures and understanding the changing world of work.
There are no formal entry requirements for these qualifications and guidance can be found in each specification.
