Ascentis was delighted to attend and serve as the headline sponsor for the Mayor of London Adult Learning Awards, held on Thursday 13th November at City Hall in London. The event brought together educators, learning providers, employers and inspirational adult learners from across the capital for an evening dedicated to celebrating achievement, perserverance and the power of lifelong learning.
The awards highlighted the transformative impact adult education has on individuals, communities and the city as a whole. From learners overcoming significant personal barriers to tutors developing innovative, inclusive learning environments, the ceremony showcased the very best of London’s adult learning sector.
As a national awarding organisation committed to widening access to education, Ascentis proudly supported the event as headline sponsor. Representatives from Ascentis joined nominees, their families and learning providers in recognising the outstanding dedication shown by adult learners across London.
