Qualifications to support stress management & awareness

To support your learners and in response to covid-19, we created a new Level 1 Award in Managing Uncertainty and Self-Resilience for Employability qualification. Unique to Ascentis, this qualification acts as a force that boosts self-esteem and self-awareness for employment, during times of change.  Teaching learners how to combat stress and the uncertainties that the future holds. Other than stress, this qualification offers other benefits such as:

·       It has been carefully designed to give learners knowledge and understanding of the effects of uncertainty and change on personal stress; raise awareness of mindfulness and stress management techniques to manage self during these times; and raise awareness of transferable skills to build confidence and support employability

·       Assessed by a portfolio of evidence, which means it can be taught online and learners do not have to come into the classroom

·       It is accompanied by a learner workbook, which can also be contextualised by tutors to meet individual learner needs

·       Supported by a glossary of key terms for learners and indicative content for tutors

·       The flexible structure of the qualification allows the student to take control of their learning

·       Suitable for learners aged 16-19 and adults

·       Can be used as a standalone qualification or as part of study programmes

  • Our customers can access this qualification and over 400 others at no extra charge

Mental Health Short Online Qualifications (SOQs)

It is imperative that we control our stress and deal with it in a controlled environment to look after our mental health. At Ascentis we are keen supporters of Mental Health Awareness. We would like to encourage Education Providers to offer mental health education to all learners and to have support plans in place, for both learners and staff. We offer a numerous number of SOQs that offer support in the classroom for stress, mental health and wellbeing.
