New Anglia Local Skills
New Anglia comprising of Norfolk and Suffolk released their first iteration of the Local Skills Report in February 2021. As you may be aware the Skills Advisory Panel that has come together to write this report consists of local employers, skill providers and key stakeholders throughout the region.
According to this report, New Anglia have an above average rate of employment; however, there are some skill gaps that the Skills Report suggest need to be supported. A particular priority if the lack of basic skills in the region. Qualifications that are typically used to break down this barrier are English, Maths and Digital Skills.

This suite of qualifications provides the opportunity for learners to develop a skill set that will enable them to operate independently and effectively in life, learning and work. Tutors also have the ability to devise a personalised curriculum to suit the needs of the individual learner.
